Seeking information about Phase Out (Phaseout) Electrical & Mechanical.
In August of 2007 we contracted Paul Martinez (aka Paulie Martinez aka Pauly Martinez aka Paul Crivelli-Martinez aka Paulie Crivelli-Martinez aka Pauly Crivelli-Martinez) to complete electrical work in our apartment. He never performed the work and never returned our money. We have won a small claims court judgment against him and are seeking others who have been cheated by him so we can form a class action lawsuit to sue for triple damages.
